Create a User

Create a User in Microsoft Admin Center

The first step is to sign into your Admin Center Console. Then find the button to add a user.

Then, just follow the prompts. I had the GPT submit a ticket requesting the addition of a new user. I also created a shared mailbox and added that user to have permission to access the mailbox.

Then I signed into Microsoft 365 to verify that everything functioned the way it is supposed to.
